Local fruit

Durian is widely revered as the "King of Fruits" in the South-East Asian countries. And my families just love it so much! Except few of them, they say durians smell bad . But in general, people like it , caz it's so yummy! Went to Penang yesterday with dad to drop my sis at a place and after that , dad and me went to Jalan Kramat to have durians! They have the best durians there.Really. It's just beside the road and there is an uncle selling durians with a lorry .Usually there's only one uncle, but yesterday there are two. >< Nevermind, so this is the lorry and I think the opposite is an old folks home? Not sure ;/
This stall sells out the durians at a very fast rate..Caz usually regular customers come and they just sapu all of them, or u'll have to phone them to reserve for you, like what my dad did yesterday, if not there'll be no more left. You can notice the lorry is already empty ,just some nangka left. So if you're not a regular customer, go early! The uncle says he come around 11 sth in the morning . Go grab it!;)

These are the durians that my dad and me ate yesterday!
'Ang heah' ( Red prawn)

The right one is 'Mou shang wang' (Cat Mountain King?)haha

Omg, it was like heaven when I ate it, soooo yummy..Told myself to enjoy it before I go back to Aussie which there's no good durian like this..Or maybe there is but I don't know. ;/

Yum yum, so what's the benefits of durians? Nowadays I don't really eat stuffs that has no nutrient in it. Hah.;/

So they say, durians are
1)good for our skin, as it has lots of fibres, minerals and vitamins I think.
2)And if you're underweight, this could be become part of your treatment plan as it contains       relative high fats compared to other foods
3)Good bulk laxative. Whoever has constipation problem, go for it! Haha
4) no cholesterol. But don't know why those old people always say durian has very high cholesterol level.

Oh well, lunch time, bye;)
