Energy balance= Energy intake - energy expenditure.
We learnt how to use the professional software counting our Estimated Energy Requirement (EER) , Basal Metabolic Rate(BMR) , BMI , Energy Intake from foods etc. The software even let us know if we have optimum level for that particular minerals/ vitamins and each of the percentage in that particular foods, awesome! I was so addicted at the software that I didn't want to go home and just stay at the library playing with this software, Interesting ~ ;/
Just finished chemistry test today which made up 15 % for chemistry subject. I would say it wasn't too bad. Not like Biology! Seriously don't like that subject , we have to learn about pharmacology stuffs , it's not even related to what I'm going to do! ;( I'm so in the dilemma whether Should I or Should I not to transfer to the course that I originally intended to do . I have consulted my chemistry lecturer , and he asked me better to consult another lecturer, my food science lecturer last semester. Gonna ask her soon! But I am kinda stressed up with this whole decision I have to make! ;( Anyone could give me some good advice? Anyone anyone?:)

Hmm, My dinner for today is....Grapefuit + orange juice! and maybe some boiled sweet potatoes.
Since I ate so much for lunch, lol..Frankly, these few days I have kinda control the amount that I eat, larger amount for lunch and smaller amount for dinner! It works! But since I'm a chocolate maniac, I have to find , still finding .... a way to avoid chocolate, HOW?Why do I like chocolate so much?! So annoying...But I still think that Exercise is the most important thing ! So try to exercise 3 times a week ya!
Oh ya, September is coming, meaning Gossip girl is coming soon???Ahhh, so wanna watch it! ;) But some say there's only a few episodes for this last season...;(
Anyway, Today is a great day ! I enjoy mine I hope u guys enjoy too:)
