TIPS for losing weight and good foods~!:D

FINALLY, my blog is alive again after nearly 3 months ...Reason I'm here is because I have decided to take a break from doing powerpoint slides for my presentation..My eyes are just too tired...since morning after tutoring this kid...Oh yeah I'm currently teaching a Year 2 boy alphabets....oh my god I really didn't know it is so difficult to teach a kid...nearly drained all my energy the first time tutoring him. But oh well, I'm happy that he's getting better at it, well at least, I just believe that he needs more time and practising...His parents are always outside busy working, don't really have time to teach him academically. They just send him off to public school and I heard people saying that some teachers in public school don't really care about naughty kids,hmmm, wonder if it is true? 

Alrighty.....I feel giving people some tips about losing weight today cuz this morning I was only 47.2kg and my BMI is around 18.9 which is in the top of the healthy range in BMI muahaha feeling happy..

To be honest, I'm not in a diet plan or strict diet, really. I don't skip meals. nah SKIPPING meals is a big no for me.. Besides, skipping meals is bad. Sometimes if you don't get enough energy, the harder it is to burn your fat. Okay what I learnt recently in my nutrition course is that 'Fat Burns in a fire of carbohydrate'. If we don't have enough pyvurate which comes from the carbohydrate source, we won't be getting enough oxaloacetate, in this case, citric acid in our body would not be functioning, thus fatty acid oxisation would be disrupted. It merely means that fatty acid oxidation works better when carbohydrate is available. So, EAT!

Okay so morning breakfast is important, to boost your energy for the long day you have ahead you. When I say eat, choose foods that are beneficial to you to eat, eg. whole meal bread..Not eating instant noodles in the morning or night, unless you do not have a choice. Well, sometimes I do that when I'm lazy..*Oppss* But please don't do that often, study has shown that instant noodles contain compounds that hold cancer-leading properties. For Australian people, as I'm living in Australia currently, the breakfasts I usually eat is, cereals including nutrigrains with sanitarium regular soymilk, or I bought healthy oat bran, LSA, chia seeds, flaxseed/linseed from the macro section at woolies and mixed them with sanitarium reg soymilk. Sanitarium reg soymilk is so yumm...Of course I don't eat those cereals everyday, I'm a human and I would actually get bored as well:) 

So what else do I eat? Recently I finally tried the bread at 'Bakers Delights'. I bought the most expensive one as it contains 9 grains. But with not any regrets as it was the best! I spread it with St Dalfour Four fruits jam as it is so much less fat than peanut butter ( I used to use this but not anymore cuz its too fatty and peanut is bad!). I used to eat Sanitarium Weet-bix as well, thanks to one of my Aussie friend! But I know some people still doesnt like Weet-Bix I don't know why seriously , probably they tasted it with normal cow milk, ew..You guys must try it with Sanitarium Regular Soymilk as they have the best blend really! try it and tell me! I feel satisfied if I recommended people some foods and they liked it..I recommended few friends of mine and they came back telling me it tasted awesome in that combination. hehe:)

Hmm, during weekends, I usually eat fruits only like banana cuz my darling always bring me out to sydney to eat eg pancakes on the road etc. I wanna leave space in my stomach for the foods that I'm gonna try right I bet everybody would do that..;D

For Lunch and dinner, the same thing, still eat normally, but ADEQUATE amount, stop when your full. oh you can eat a little less portion for dinner if you can. 
BUT ! Veges and fruits are a must in everday life! Recommendations are 5 type of different veges and 3 type of different fruits. Really, you will just make things easier with this recommendations. I'm a vegetarian so I can meet this recommendations quite easily. BUT still, I can still get fat if I don't control my mind. The secret key is gonna be reveal below. Keep reading. 

Water is really important for us as well. It actually helps in losing weight as well but some people just don't seems to understand like my boyfriend grrr...he said water makes him gain weight..I drink lots of water in a day..I know water does has weight but you get rid of them eventually. Water keeps you hydrated. Wash out all your toxics in your body.

The key is here, I'm telling you that you can actually eat whatever you want, but stop when you are full right away, drink water after that and it will fill you up and shut your deceiving mind. CONTROL YOUR MIND people, is the key, really :) OH and get a balance to weigh yourself every morning and before go to sleep. :)
