Bkfst

Good Morning ;) , so I decided to blog about this caz some of my friends kept wondering what do I usually eat for breakfast after I become a vegetarian. Well, since I came here a friend of mine, Carlee, she told me about  this healthy cereal bar Weet-bix and I tried it. Guess what? I like it so much till I eat it almost everyday..Yum yum , thanks Carlee <3

Sanitarium whole grain weet-bix!MY friend told me that'Sanitarium' is a healthy brand. ;)

This soymilk is so yummy!

Today's alternative.Caz my yummy  So Good soymilk finish d.;( But its good too caz my friend studying Sport Science said it contains less fat.YAY.

Flaxseed!
Flaxseed is very beneficial to us. Hmm.So these are the info that I  compiled earlier.
Nutrient%Daily Value:

It contains Omega-3 fats, Magnesium, Vit B1, Fiber, Manganese, Tryptophan(no idea what's it but lazy to go find out., then Phosphorus and Copper!

And
-it provides the same benefits as the omega-3 fats found in the oil of cold-water fish. See, who says we need fish when we have this superpower food? see I'm also as healthy now ;P

-Omega-3 fats are used to produce substances that reduce the formation of blood clots, which can reduce the risk of heart attack (prevent cardiovascular attack)

-Helps prevent and Control High Blood Pressure

-Special protection for Women's Health: protective effects against breast cancer(concentrated in lignan phytonutrients)

-Fend off Dry Eyes: Dry eye syndrome (DES) afflicts more than 10 million Americans. Artificial tears offer only temporary relief.

Ahh, so complicated I know.
So I searched on the net and found that the best amount is 1-2 tbsp daily.
Duno true or anot ;/ But no harm to take some prevention eh?
Ahh.. I really hope that I could help some people to change their minds about the whole vegetarian principle. Those animals are so innocent u knowww? Sob*

Please think about it .Thanks heaps;)

Tadaaa~! Looks nice right? ;P
Going out for lunch with my friend! YEY!

HAve a lovely day. bye<3
