Morning booster!

Wake up and decided to make a morning booster , a very healthy juice for my breakfast, because i ate maggie mee last night. Was too happy when i got my result and so ate massive supper. sigh.. 

So! My morning booster juice is made of  2 long piece of celeries, 3 sliced of cucumbers , 10 quarter cuts of apples, 2 small bananas, 4 ma tai and half lemon juice squeezed. It's brilliant! It's the first time that i made it and it tastes extraordinary. Maybe it could help in my weight loss process.ha! And maybe detox.ngehehehe..

Going to make bittergourd soup today for dad and sis!
